From the moment we reached reception the staff were very attentive and helpful. The room was amazing with plenty of room and facilities.
This is close to a lot of restaurants and easily walkable to major shopping areas such as Bourke Street Mall and Melbourne Central.
Buffet breakfast was the standard fare with most hotels, however the availability of the snack bar throughout the day until 10pm is next level and very much appreciated.
Further to that they have a daily Wine Down event on the mezzanine level with plenty of seating and atmosphere with a pool table to boot.

The room that I had seven oh nine was perfect comfortable quiet and all the evenings but the Saturday which they had four warned me about because of the nightclub that resides in the building but it was not overbearing the bed was comfortable the linens were clean and soft and the TV was magnificent a big huge TV news smart Hisense TV with the great picture and I was able to use my Netflix account with it the staff at the front desk were very attentive even learn my name in the week that I was there and used it upon greeting me when I would come and go from the hotel I was very impressed with the experience

The tram is right outside the door perfect to get around the cbd for free and is on the route to the casino and dfo literally the best shopping i have had in years!
