「I was so happy for my stay there, and how accommodating was front desk」

「1. Room had a bad smell. 2. There were still dust and white debris on the floor when I checked in. 3. Couldn't make a reservation for the massage as advertised.」

「The room was clean, decent, and comfortable. Breakfast had plenty of options to choose from, and the staff provided awesome customer service. The location is unbeatable—just a short walk to both Copacabana and Ipanema beaches, with shops, restaurants, and a shopping mall conveniently nearby.」

「The hotel was great except we were given a room with a the view that we had paid for. At the checkout, when asked, we were told that we should have asked at the checkout in, which makes no sense. The top floors are not blocked by the shorter buildings across. The elevator buttons were also flaky. They light up after the card scanned, and then they would go off. That happened half of the time. Otherwise, a great hotel in a great location and we had a great time.」

「Very nice Hotel, really it os not beach front, but the closest to The beach can get, a main street away! It is an old property, the staff is very nice and helpful, the building is old and the elevators take a while. Location is great! Good place but pricy for the infrastructure.」
