“Location is fantastic and the host is responsive, even arranged an early check in at the last minute. The house itself is a gem; great neighborhood and space within. However, I had to give a low rating for two reasons: Cleanliness issues and the generally run down condition/deferred maintenance inside. A thorough deep clean is needed, including carpets/unholstery,as well as appliances. Replace the missing flooring and cracked tiles in the hall bath! Get some drapery panels that cover the……

“The cottage was in a great location and had a nice, secure yard that was perfect for my dog. It was well-equipped and had everything we needed to feel comfortable during our stay. Chris was really nice and helped me adjust the thermostat to the temperature most suited for me. I'll be staying here again! ”

“Entire property was clean. Parking was great and easy. The listing was a little misleading, it didn’t specify that it was attached to the rest of the home, but that is honestly okay because whoever was in the house next door was so quiet. Bed were comfortable. I understand that the living room/ kitchen area is a small space, but a bigger sofa would have been nice. All in all it was a great little place. I’d recommend it to others for a quick weekend trip.”
