“Very unique and charming property. Definitely felt like being in a tree house in the redwoods. We spent most of our time when there sitting on the deck. It was conveniently located to everything we wanted to do - drive to the coast, hike at the state park, and visit nearby restaurants and wineries.”

“The hotel was lovely, the beds were very comfortable. It was clean and the breakfast was lovely. I would recommend it as a great place to stay!”

“I never leave reviews but think people need to be prepared for this place. It doesn’t look like the pictures I saw online. We checked in around 10:30 pm and there was no one there to check us in. “Overall, a pleasant stay at Dawn Ranch. The food at the dining area was good, and the private river access for kayaking was definitely the highlight. Select rooms are pet-friendly. Otherwise, the pet fee is double. Unfortunately, our curtains were broken, and the walls were quite thin so we could hear our neighbors showering, talking, and walking around. Housekeeping did a great job, and staff were quick to respond to requests. The frequent text messages felt excessive, and some of the……
