"This is a clean, large 2 bedroom unit with multiple pools and courts on the complex. Close to the 101 and only 15 minutes from almost everything in the Sonoran valley. Owner is quick to respond and very nice. We will definately look to stay here again."

"When we arrived the room smelled like smoke and there was water on the floor from the AC unit. It took a few days to get the AC unit fixed. The smoke smell was there through out our stay even though we had the windows open. I am guessing this was a smoking room when it was a Hilton Hotel. Otherwise, great location and a good property."

"The property was up-dtated and very well appointed for an older rental neighbourhood. It was very well set up with every piece of equipment that you would need for a long stay if you wanted to cook for yourself which we took advantage off for the whole week we were there. If you have friends in the nearby snow bird communities it is very convenient. The only two negatives we experienced were the lack of sunlight because it was a rear facing alley unit of a four flex with only three windows and...

"It was clean and convenient..... but it was advertised, and we PAID for king size beds.... the beds were almost as small as twin beds, so that was a huge misrepresentation on their part. If the beds had been as advertised, we would stay regularly, but that ruined it for us. "

"Our room on the third floor was in a 29 year old motel that has been moderately maintained. It was spacious with dated furniture. The plumbing, A/C, and lighting worked well. The location was great, and it was very quiet. The ever-present cockroaches mainly stayed in the kitchen and bath. We did not use the scarcely supplied kitchen, but restaurants were abundant near the unit. Overall, it was an adequate unit for the price paid. "

"We were pretty desperate to find a place to stay and found this one. It met our expectations given the price point. The information regarding the possibility of other guests smoking was accurate and it was a bit smelly upon entering the building but it was clean and the staff was very nice. Easy check in process. Very clear. We ran our air conditioning pretty cold the whole time to help with any possible odors. It seemed to work and we enjoyed the stay."
