Hotel con buenas instalaciones, modernas. Bien ubicado, excelente servicio. Solo encontramos el baño un poco sucio y un problema con la TV que fue solucionado rápidamente.

Pesima la atencion. Las Habitaciones. Tuvieron que cambiarnos 3 veces por la condición de ellas. Las personas de la recepción lea da pereza hasta hablar , lo unico que destaco de este hotel el Senor jose. Si no hubiera sido por el. De verdad no se que hubiera pasado. Pesimo el servicio. El hotel.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCIA. Si lo que estas buscando es un hotel donde puedas dormir en paz y descansar... el MG HOTEL NO ES EL LUGAR. Mi suegro sufrio un ataque al corazon, fue operado y queriamos un lugar en las afueras de Medellin donde pudiera DESCANSAR. Desafortunadamente pasamos solo 1 noche... PESIMA NOCHE. El Aire acondicionado NO FUNCIONA. La habitacion al lado de la porteria y a las 3 AM la señora aue estaba de turno CANTANDO poniendo musica duro no dejo dormir, como no habia aire, abrimos la ventana y fue peor. MAS BULLA. Mi habitacion en el 2do piso quedaba al lado de un restaurante privado donde hicieron aun mas bulla desde las 5AM. Con el personal de recepcion puse la queja y hasta el dia de hoy NADIE me ha llamado. Decidimos irnos para otro hotel. Pague mas de medio millon de pesos por la peor noche de mi vida. NO RECOMIENDO ESTA PORQUERIA DE HOTEL, invierra su plata en cualquier otro hotel y les aseguro que pasaran mejor noche.

Felices tardes Sr. Duva Es una pena que su experiencia en el hotel haya sido negativa, lamentablemente recibimos su queja en el momento del chekout, no recibimos ningún reporte del aire dañado durante la noche de su estadía, si oportunamente usted nos hubiera informado del ruido que estaba sintiendo, los hubiéramos podido cambiar de habitación. Esperamos poder tener una nueva oportunidad de atenderlo y mejorar su experiencia con nosotros.

Excelente lugar, ideal para viajeros
Nuestra breve estadía en el hotel, luego de cerrar un viaje muy intenso por Antioquia fue de lo mejor. Pudimos descansar, quedamos muy cerca del aeropuerto y fuimos atendidos de forma increíble. Todo el mundo fue muy amable y súper disponibles para ayudarnos en nuestras solicitudes. El lugar está muy bonito, moderno, con habitaciones grandes y al lado de lugares donde se come muy rico y a buen precio. Nos ayudaron a conseguir taxi de madrugada para ir hacia el aeropuerto y aprovecharon de gestionar nuestro desayuno antes de la hora oficial. Muy recomendado!

Sobreviven por la falta de oferta en el área
Ofrecen desayuno, pero lo que te dan, al hacer check in, es un menú de 5 opciones que te llevan al cuarto, no es un restaurante donde uno puede pedir azúcar, agua o mas café. Para ahorrar agua ponen la ducha con agua mínima. Me tomó una hora lograr bañarme ya que eran gotas, al llamar la recepción me dijo que eran instrucciones de la administración. la toalla parecía hacer pasado por un triturador de papel, era como tratar de secarse con retazos de tela. Y para colmo, al abrir la cama encontré un pelo en la cama lo que me garantiza que no cambian la ropa de cama entre huésped y huésped.

Just what we needed.Simple room, safe, quiet and very clean. No hair drier or iron in room. Small kitchenette but no utensils, pots , etc.
