「The hot tub isn’t working and the room I booked wasn’t available so I was put in a cheaper one that was available. Not happy at all but at least I got a room because there were others that didn’t.」

「We understand that this property has changed hands several times and it currently shows with the lack of staffing and no food service on given days.There was no snack nor food items available. Having stayed here several times in the past it really has declined in the past experiences we have had there. Our room was clean and the accommodations fine but the rest of the area needed service especially at the front desk and departure.」

「The house keeping is awesome! Rooms are always clean. Only issue was the ppl next to us were always running after 10pm and it shakes your whole room, by the 3rd night they got quiet. The kids were very loud. Other than that it was great.」

「Upon arrival we were assigned a parking space in front of our room. Unfortunately, a guest staying in the neighboring room was constantly parked in our space which left us parked in front of the laundry/bathroom. I pointed it out to the front desk attendant but it was not resolved during our two day stay.」
