“The location of the unit was the best feature of this rental. It was right on the beach. There were a couple issues with our unit though. We went the first night and second day of our trip with the AC not working properly, but it was fixed late the next night. The pullout couch was broken. I reached out about it being broken but it was never fixed. There was a hole in the wall of one of the bedrooms because of some type of repair/issue with the pipes. Not a huge issue, but when you pay money for……

“We were supposed to be at the other site but when we got to the address and picture of the place I booked they told us they didn’t have our reservation and we were at the other site several miles away. That was my only concern”

“This property was very cozy and was easily accessible to the beach and other amenities. It was really clean and the beds were extremely comfortable!”

“The master bathroom toilet leaks around the base so don’t leave the toilet paper beside the toilet! The room was not cleaned properly. Our shower was nasty, and the floor had sand and hair on it. The stairs by the elevator smelled like the monkey exhibit at the zoo. The elevators times are awful. I wish every floor had a walkway from the condo to the parking garage then the elevator wait times would be better, instead of just the first 6 floors. Women at the resort were wearing inappropriate……

“Over all it was a good stay but the room we were in was dated and old and needed a remodel badly. I felt like we were misled by the pictures and if youare expectinga balcony there are nonejust the walkway around. Now the convention center wasted no money on how new it looked. But the room was clean just very old and the bottom bunk mattress was as flat and as hard as a nail compared to the one in my daughters family's room it was a thick comfortable mattress. And their room was a little newer……

“Booking here was a horrible mistake. The room was completely messy when we arrived, the beds were awful to sleep in, very uncomfortable, and the worst part in one bed there was yellow slimy gunk as if someone had thrown up on the bed…the other bed sheets looked very dirty too. Floors are dirty, the entire room was breaking apart…we will make sure our message is spread with pictures of everything that we experienced. The very least we deserve a full or partial refund. The hotel was just a……

“Wonderful stay. Brand new facility. Well, newly remodeled anyway. Rooms were nice and spacious. Clean. Staff was cheerful. The beach view from our balcony was outstanding.l. It’s right there! Kids loved the pool. We will be back.”
