「We have been going to pigeon forge for 7 years and this has been the most amazing stay. The staff were absolutely amazing, our room was so clean and beautiful. This will be where we stay every year. 」

「We stayed in room 200, It was clean and very comfortable. The room had plenty of towels for both of us too. The Hot tub stayed packed full of children, so we were sadly not able to use it. We were really looking forward to it too.」

「The hotel's Wi-Fi caused me a lot of trouble. It connected automatically without needing to connect but I couldn't use it. What's more terrible is that it also blocked the data signal of our mobile phone. The second point of dissatisfaction is that there are ants on the bed and floor. The third point is that there are many people during breakfast service, and milk can only be obtained by queuing in the buffet area. There should be milk in the coffee area.」

The sound of the water was so relaxing and it was fun to watch the ducks and geese. The hot breakfast was great. The pool was heated and clean. We enjoyed our stay. 」
