“It was a very nice vacation at Casa Conti Di Sotto. The VIP area is really private, you only have one neighbour in the other part of the house. The house and garden are well equipped. The main house is located a few meters away from the VIP area. There are all the other things like swimming pool and sauna. The upper part at the sauna has a nice view of the landscape. Vasile was also very nice and helpful.”

“The house delivered on all of its promises. We, a family with 2 adult children and a dog, spent 3 weeks in September at the house and felt completely at home. We thoroughly enjoyed the 180-degree view of Porto Santo Stefano and the Monte Argentario bay. The entire house, especially the kitchen, is incredibly well-equipped. “Beautiful farm house feel in the country. We took many drives through the country roads and discovered sites along the way. It is truly out in the county and you need a car to get around. We throughly enjoyed our stay. It is not easy to find the location, but we met at a grocery store and followed to the home.”

“Die Lage des Hauses ist direkt oberhalb der zum Teil recht befahrenen Küstenstrasse nach Porto Santo Stefano. Dementsprechend ist es draussen ziemlich lärmig. Fenster schliessen recht gut, deshalb drinnen kein Problem. Die Lage kommt aber bei der Beschreibung nicht klar heraus. Umgebung um das Haus verwildert und nicht sehr ansprechend. Leider war v.a. in der Küche und im Wohnbereich ein hartnäckiger Gestank von abgestandenem Rauch, überall standen (z.T. randvolle) Aschenbecher herum. Dampfabzug……

“Nous avons bien profité de la maison, des alentours. C’est une très belle région. Dommage que le spa ne fonctionnait pas, il manque un peu de vaisselle pour une si grande maison et un-deux parasols pour le bord de la piscine. Sinon c’était parfait. De bons montant de partage. La personne qui s’occupe de la maison est sympathique et serviable. Un immense merci.”
