"Location is great. Right in the middle of everything on Water Street, so you couldn't get much better than that. This is more of an Airbnb apartment than a hotel. There is no room service or daily housekeeping. I believe you have to stay 7 days or more to get housekeeping. The bed and furniture are really uncomfortable, which made for a rough night's sleep. There was no place in the unit to get comfortable. If you're simply looking for a place to crash, this place is great, especially if you're not planning on spending much time in the room. If you're expecting a more traditional hotel experience, it will likely fall short of your expectations. "

"First off let’s be clear: The staff here is excellent. The place is clean and charming. But there are so many oddities with the rooms and lack of a few basic amenities I probably not stay here again. Certainly not for the price point we paid. No coffee maker or kettle. Cafe hours limited. Room layouts awkward. Black out curtains don’t close all the way. Hunting for light switches and AC placements make for fun times in the dark. And unusable deflated pillows. The neighborhood is not great. Not many good restaurants near by. Mostly pizza and rowdy nightclubs. Lots of shuttered retail spaces. Again under those conditions I might stay here for half of what paid. "
