Very first time checking in, we were given a room that had messy beds. The sheets were all messed up and dirty. We were so confused, and we were just expecting to rest, but greeted with such. We ended up having to go down again from 4th to lobby with our bags just to see what's going on. Breakfast ends pretty early too. Not good for staying for vacation. Very disappointed with this experience, and for the price I paid, it was not worth it.

Clean and comfortable
Great location, lots of restaurants and entertainment nearby. Staff was friendly and the room was very clean and comfortable. Refrigerator and microwave in the room, as well as body, shampoo and conditioners dispesnsers in the shower. Breakfast was average but appreciated to start off my day. wish i couldve enjoyed the room longer, and will definitely book again next time im in the area.

The room were clean, easy access to parking lots. Breakfast was great. Overall, would highly recommended for stays. About 20-30 mins to NOS event center.

Second time staying here for the annual Escape Festival in San Bernardino! At this point it’s a ritual for us. We had an amazing stay here last year and this year as well, you’ll be seeing us yearly in October! Good breakfast available, near a lot of fast food places! Very clean, very nice staff. I can’t remember your name but the lady at the front desk recognized us from staying here last year, I appreciate that and love that you remembered us! Overall the best hotel in Moreno Valley.
