“This is an ideal property for those that want to be close to everything like the Rialto Bridge and Piazza Saints Marco plaza but far enough away for a quiet and peaceful spot on the canal. The convenience of having a water taxi drop you off right by the hotel is worth it. Place was super charming and staff was very helpful in arranging all our transportation. “Air-conditioner at living room is not working. Air-conditioners at bedrooms have strange sound, di di sound, when operating. Cooker hood damaged and is not working. Hair dryer is not working that needs replacement by another one on the second day of stay. Timber floor planks at living room peel off that results in uneven floor level causing my wife fallen down many times. Water seepage and comes out from the timber flooring at living room. Rubbish on the floor of master bedroom.”
