「The place is clean, stuff is friendly, but I don’t think I will come back again. The last day of my stay one guest was aggressive towards the wife and the hotel stuff didn’t want to do anything」

「It’s a spectacular family friendly hotel in the heart of Tulum. Tulum doesn’t have big all inclusive resorts so the little extras at La Zebra make it special. A terrific restaurant over looking the water, a basic mini golf course on the roof kept my son entertained, a small pool to refresh in and multiple beach side bars with great waiter service made relaxing at the beach the best. 「I was disappointed as this is advertised as a beach front hotel. Tjis is on the beach however it isn't accessible, and the seaweed was a big issue this season which isn't the hotel's fault but it did impact the stay and any time at the beach was unpleasant because of the piles and smell. My main complaint is the constant hustling done by staff. It starts as a guise to ask about your stay and turns into are you interested in membership. This happened daily and multiple times a day.
