“I can’t say enough about this place - from every little detail, they thought of everything. We stayed here between two hikes and it was the perfect place to rest. Everything was comfortable and inviting. We booked the upstairs queen room with a private bathroom. And to our surprise it had its own sitting area with mini fridge, coffee station and microwave with chairs. Absolutely perfect to sit and enjoy. It’s so clean, and so adorable. The balcony has a great view and it was wonderful chatting……

“My girlfriend and I LOVED this place. It's not the Marriot or some chain, so it's a bit unique and has quirks, and that's why it's awesome. The room was small but comfortable, the bed very comfy. There was no TV in the room, which I really liked. Great shower. Outside there was a little deck with chairs so we could relax, listen to the Ausable River and look at the lovely grounds. There was also a restaurant area (closed while we were there) that we could sit in for meals or just to hang out.……

“The rooms are being renovated and mine was clean and like new. I think more room improvements are coming as I'd describe it as 'spartan'. I only needed a nice clean bed and great shower after a day of hiking and biking and this was just fine. ”
