Also the staff very friendly and I received an excellent breakfast. Had been here before when it still was Rosendal Winery. Now new owners who have some excellent ideas how to develop the place. I really enjoyed the discussion with them. Hope to come back one day and see the further development」

「Wunderbare Unterkunft mit netter Gastgeberin in einer ganz tollen Lage. Bereits zu Beginn erwartete uns eine Erfrischung mit zwei Gläsern Wein. Die Zimmer sind modern und geräumig gestaltet. Die Betten sind bequem. Die Klimaanlage war relativ laut, aber die schöne grüne Lage bringt auch etliches an fliegenden Getier mit sich, sodass ein Fenster-Öffnen eher schwierig ist. 「We’ve stayed 3 or 4 times at Excelsior, and, as last visit, had a wonderful time. The setting is amazing, Kirstin who runs it is lovely, very efficient and an amazing cook! James who is maitre d’, is also very personable and helpful. Both of them make sure your stay is top class. There’s a golf buggy you can use to look round the vineyard.
