"Clean, modern, and nicely styled cottage in a great area. Love the hot tub and backyard amenities. Inside, the coffee bar and kitchen were well stocked and clean. Beds were comfortable and ample. Our dog also enjoyed this dog friendly house. Sam was a very accommodating and quick to respond host!"

"We are a family of 27, 15 adults and 12 children, and rented for the three day weekend. The house was very clean and accommodated all of us quite well. It’s big and there’s a lot of room so no one felt cramped even during dinner. The kitchen was well equipped and the island provided more seating. The house has a media room which was perfect for the mix of children. The grounds are great. The kids were able to explore the small pond, and although they had wet feet, loved every minute. The hot tub was also a hit with the older ones. Everything was very clean. Linens, toiletries, and paper products were provided. A nice touch!All of my communications were with Jasmine. She was quick to get back to me, polite, and easy to work with.Would recommend this vacation rental to anyone, especially large groups. We hope to return!-Linda "

"The house was wonderful! It was so clean and big enough for all 10 of us. The kitchen table was the perfect size for all of us to play games, have dinner, and to hangout. The beds were very comfortable. We had a wonderful weekend. "

Sadly the cleanliness of the house was poor(Blankets and dirty stained pillows thrown in all the closets, cobwebs all over ceilings, doors sticky and needed wiped down. dirty refrigerator. Deck very poor condition and lawn did not looked mowed for a year (Knee high grass and dead tree limbs and trees all over lawn) toilet seat loose and looked as if someone put cardboard under one screw. Though we enjoyed our trip these items Need to be addressed."

"Perfect getaway in the woods. Fun to be had in the game room if you dont want to go out, great area for fun within a short drive if you do want to adventure. Hot tub under the stars was so peaceful. Hope to stay there again as its a convenient drive from us with lots to do in a welcoming home."
