"Great location to walk to Silos and Terry Black BBQ as well as other fun places. Place was as described and very nice. Appreciated the snacks provided and, while didn’t use/need, providing my earplugs was also thoughtful. Heard the trains, but wasn’t bothersome to us. If you’re looking for a place to stay in Waco, this is a great choice."

"We loved this spot. Very conveniently located in downtown Waco. We came to visit the Magnolia Market and other Magnolia locations, and we were right next to Hotel 1928 and in east walking distance from the silos. We spent so much time out on the patio enjoying the fire pit. There was a good bit of noise from neighboring bars, but Robin was really communicative and helpful if it got too loud for us, which it didn’t. Thanks for the great stay!"

"We came to Waco for the eclipse. This home was perfect for the three of us to stay in Waco. You only climb one flight of stair from the entrance to the living area. I would not hesitate to stay again."
