“Pros: Quiet neighborhood, kitchen stocked with all essentials & extras, spacious areas to spread out, check in/out was easy. Cons: The driveway situation is tight and inconvenient, the property needs some basic maintenance (paint, outlets tightened up, detailed cleaning in corners, spray for insects, etc). That said, these things could easily be overlooked. The real kicker for us was the game room - it looked great in the photos but it is located in the garage - it was extremely hot out there……

“Very professional, felt almost like a hotel experience. Host was good with communication, though I had to use texting rather than the website/app, which seemed to be delayed or never getting through. Very glad the host worked with us.”

“The pictures do not do the inside justice. Beautiful property with all the amenities of home.It was my sister and I a 17 and a 20 year old. They had a phenomenal time in the pool, the hot tub, playing table tennis and video games. The location is very close to Kroger, Starbucks, Chic fil a, and several other amenities. We throughly enjoyed our stay and plan on doing it again.”

“This was a great, well maintained, and stocked house. The layout was functional and allowed us to spread out nicely. The communication with the host was exceptional and the location easily accessible to all the wonderful things that Rockwall has to offer. Not a negative but it is a fairly steep driveway out back to get to garage! This is definitely top of my list for a rebook”

“Great place with plenty of space. Pool and hot tub were amazing”

“We really enjoyed our stay\! The house has been beautifully updated and was spotless when we arrived\. The location was ideal—only about 5 minutes from I-30 and convenient to everything we needed in town. It was also a great fit for our two Goldendoodles, which made the stay even more enjoyable. We ended up extending our original reservation because we were so comfortable there. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with throughout our stay. We’d definitely recommend this property……

“House was filthy. There was a layer of dust on everything. We all got a cough and sore throat while there, that thankfully improved after we checked out. The pool was turbid and green and gave my kids a rash. Stay away from this place. .”

“This venue is so much better than we could’ve imagined. The hosts have seriously gone above and beyond with this listing. My wife had lots of family flying in from overseas for our little wedding, so you could imagine that we were very stressed. They had anything and everything that we could have possibly needed or forgot that we needed in the beautiful kitchen. The gazebo already had lights all the way around which helped us a lot. The tables and chairs in the event building were far more than……

“Home was beautiful! Clean & nice. Pool & hot tub were clean & very relaxing. Host was amazing with communication & accommodating! We will definitely stay again!”

“Clean and quiet place loved it. Would go back again.”

“The property is beautiful and big. Our family of 5 fit perfectly. The only issue we had was the kitchen was poorly stocked. Just a couple pans and not enough silverware. The table only sits 3 which was ideal for eating. I wanted to use the black stone flat top but the grill was all rusted and the propane was empty. I’d say 3-4 star overall beds were nice and comfortable and plenty of space for the whole family, but the kitchen stocking needs a bit more. Overall pleasant stay!”

“We loved the house. It was spotless and very organized. The house was perfect for our family stay to visit other family local to the neighborhood. Highly recommend and we definitely will be back.”

“The place was immaculate and great time.”

“The host was very responsive when the hot tub wasn’t working and got someone over to repair the next day. Very easy to communicate with.”

“Clean very spacious”
