"Everything was awesome and some how keep Jeff as the shuttle driver as long as possible! You could have more raspberry yogurt instead of the strawberry crap! Otherwise everything is good!"

"Do not recommend this hotel. We are a family of 3, booked a room that's supposed to accommodate 3 and upon check-in, there just 1 King Bed in a tiny room. Upon checking, the staff's response was that three people are expected to accommodate on 1 King bed.. (I was like.. r u kidding me.. ) . Parking is charged extra which is ok, however they add destination fee which was a surprise to us."

"Way too expensive, walls are paper thin, misleading charge for “riverside” room (we had a good view of the hot tub and courtyard), and several days after leaving they are charging us for something for $11. And breakfast is $18! Who does that? The whole place was a big rip off. I would not recommend staying there to anyone. They have just gone too far charging too much for a lousy facility. We could hear every door open and close, kids running back and forth shaking the building and we could hear every word of cleaning staff talking as the clean down the hall. "

"Stayed at Canmore Inn and had a great overall experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The location is also very convenient with beautiful mountain views. The hotel is a bit older and can get busy and noisy at times, but for the price, it offers really good value. Would definitely stay again"
