“WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY! Two couples- two rooms. We departed from the Rome train station and the management of La Lira had sent us directions to their recommended shuttle service. As the directions noted, we met our shuttle service (35 Euros) and took a short ride to our B&B. We were met by Alex who helped check us in and gave each couple three keys. “A small family-run hotel with just a few rooms. The owner asked about my arrival time and greeted us at the entrance. Exceptionally clean room with free snack and drinks. Walking distance to McDonald and pharmacies. Close to cruise terminal but you cannot walk to the ship. Will have to take the free shuttle which the owner is happy to explain. The air con was not too reactive to adjustment so we open the window. Overall it’s a pleasant stay. ”
