"I had a great stay here when in canary wharf for meetings. Although the hotel is little dated for a 5*, it has an amazing leisure centre access with beautiful riverside pool. The staff were all really attentive and fantastic. Particular shout to Cindy who was super helpful to me on reception. Really appreciate it. "

"The pub is quirky and delightful . However , there are no en suite facilities in the room which led to a slightly disappointing experience . The staff were very friendly and engaging but the lack of facilities tinged the experience . "

Staff were mixed - some were very friendly and others appeared a bit rude - the waiter tutted at us 2 minutes after sitting down because we hadn't made up our mind over food. Reception staff when checking in were great. Area is a little rough. "
