“The hotel was very close to the train station and public transportation but a little confusing with the check in process”

“The room itself is beautiful and clean. Room service was also very good. The host was very responsive but couple things that did come up. The sink did not drain easily. Our third day there was only cold water to shower and was fixed within 40 minutes. Our last night we were locked out because the keypad was malfunctioning and we waited almost an hour for someone to come let us in. ”

“This was the worst place we stayed at during our trip to Rome. Thankfully, we only stayed for one night before leaving the next day. 1. The room was extremely small. We couldn’t even fully open our suitcases, and it looked nothing like the photos advertised online. 2. Although the property claimed to have an elevator, we still had to carry our luggage up a flight of stairs before reaching it, which was very inconvenient. 3. Before our arrival, the host refused to provide the property’s……

“Konum olarak metroya yürüme mesafesinde ve çok güzel bir yerde idi. Oda çok temizdi ve tüm imkanlar sunulmuştu. Ayrıca yataklar çok rahattı. Otele varışımız çok erken saatte olmasına rağmen bizim için öncelik sağladılar ve hiç beklemeden giriş yapabildik. Aynı imkanı çıkışımız için de sağladılar ve gün sonuna kadar bavullarımız güvenle odada kaldı. Gerek konaklama öncesinde gerekse konaklama sırasında ne zaman ihtiyacımız olsa hızlı bir şekilde iletişim sağlayarak çözüm ürettiler. Güzel……
