“This place is EXCELLENT! The owner is very accommodating as I did not initially realize that the latest check-in time is 8 pm. I called and explained that we will be coming into Rome later and will reach the place at 11 pm. He was there to open his place for us. He explained the location of this place to various sites and places to eat. He arranged for taxi rides when we needed it. The place is very near St Peter's Basilica within a 10 minute walk. It is very near bus stops and places to eat……

“It’s very close the Roma S Pietro station and St Peter’s Square. Can easily take bus 62 and 64 to the city center. The room is clean and really appreciate the bottle waters and snacks provided daily!”

“At the outset, the listing services need to make clear that this is NOT a hotel. It is basically an Air B and B or a guesthouse. There is no front desk, and you never see a human being. The "Suites" are basically 4 rooms on the floor of a condominium that take up about half the floor. The directions on how to find and access the room should be clearer. They neglected to say that you need to turn left after entering the building. If the rating were based on the room alone, I would give it 4……

“An oasis in the centre of Rome! From check-in to check-out, this place surpassed expectations. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Beds and linens very comfortable. Solid quality bath towels. Very clean. Loved the resident cat and turtle. Breakfast whic was included was an incredible spread! Walking distance to most sites (10 to Trastevere; 20 to Piazza Navona; 30 to Vatican; 45 to Colosseum). Highly recommend! Will definitely return when in Rome. ”

“Clean room and friendly staff. No Cooling AC during during our stay. Only Heater. We were told they only have AC cooling during summer season. ”

“This was a wonderful place to stay in Rome. You are less than 10 minutes away from the Vatican City. There are restaurants, gelato, shops, and a taxi stand all within minutes of your front door. Keeping the apartment cool was easy with the fan they left to help circulate the air conditioning. Would stay here again!”
