“Great stay. Room was very tidy and had everything we needed. Central location and the check in procedure was a breeze. Only issue was that the water was turned off when we arrived and it took us a while to figure out how to get it turned on.”

““スリッパを履いてください”となっている理由がわかりました！絨毯がやや汚れている以外は特に不備なく過ごせました。もう少し暖かく過ごせるような設備があればより良いかなと感じました。
エントランスから入る方法がメールで送られて来ておらず、お電話させていただきましたが丁寧な対応ありがとうございました。メールの返信が反映されたのはチェックイン日の22時頃でしたが、他に宿泊している方のおかげもあり外に長居することなく入室できました。”

“Overall experience is expected for small room in Japan. But the air conditioner was really a problem. We suffered from high temperature in the room at nights though the AC worked with its highest level. The bed for the third person was tough and uncomfortable. Instructions from an owner are very short and absolutely not usable. There were no instruction on what to do when power goes OFF all of a sudden, how to turn it ON and how to restore water supply and shower after that. We had to find it……
