"This is a whole house with a big backyard for wildlife viewing. It is conveniently located to local sites; a 3-ring binder is provided in the house with information. This house was spotlessly clean, comfortable and quiet. The hosts were very warm and helpful. This is a 5 star location."

The house was decorated very well and fully furnished from what i saw. The owner was also responsive with messsaging about parking my trailer. I would rent this again"

"We had a lovely stay in this cool, vintage decorated Roseburg house! We were in town for a livestock show for our 13 and 14 year old kiddos were showing sheep. They really loved the record player and the cool games that were provided in the living room. We loved this house because it was very much geared towards family. The decor was really cool and it was very cozy."

"This is our second stay in a property managed by Cherry. Both times our experience has be excellent. The properties are located in a more rundown section of town, which is the only downside. They are close to grocery stores and restuartants. The property was clean, cute and secure. You won't regret staying here."

"Beautiful place loved it. We believe the listing should be rewritten to say sleep 8 not 12. There are only beds for 8. Air beds should not be included as they are something to provide extra if needed. Also having some sound proofing pictures on walls area rug something to absorb sound. It can get very loud with lots of voices. Also not enough silverware and coffee mugs when all are adults. Again you your place is beautiful and we really did enjoy our stay."

"Couldn’t have been more impressed! Absolutely loved the house and everything it has to offer. Having everything thing we needed while being away from the public was a dream. My children and dog absolutely loved the creek and being able to enjoy the forest while us adults enjoyed the break from technology and being able to slow down a bit. Can’t wait to return!"

"The home is very clean and welcoming plenty of room for a family. The area is quiet and peaceful and is right on the rogue river. We were able to see lots of wildlife during our stay such as deer, wild turkeys, and rabbits. We truly enjoyed our stay and recommend this prpoerty who is looking for a quiet and secluded getaway."

"This was a wonderful cozy experience in rural Oregon. We had all the creature comforts of home. Excellent water in the showers, excess bedding, and any cooking utinsel we could ask for. Plus we had a lot of running space outdoor and access to a safe shallow creek and firepit. I would recommend this place to families with small children looking to get back to nature."

"Went to visit our daughter. House was just a few blocks from where she lives. She came for bfast each morning and I was even able to cook a nice dinner for her and her friends! Kitchen is well stocked and lots of room for hanging out and playing games! Will definitely stay again!"
