Trotz allem

Trotz knarrenden Betten, zugigem Schlafzimmer, kaltem Bad und gräßlicher Bank in der Küche war die Laune bestens. Die Frage nach einer Mietminderung stellte sich dennoch. Zumal es an Besteck fehlte.

Urig und malerisch

Wir waren für ein Wochenende mit mehreren Familien in der Hofraite zu Besuch und haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Betten und Bäder sind wirklich reichlich vorhanden, der Aufenthaltsraum/ Küche ist mit 12 Personen aber schon gut gefüllt. Allerdings haben die Temperaturen es auch nicht erlaubt, draußen zu sitzen, im Sommer verläuft sich das Ganze mehr. Im Haus ist es in der Tat sehr frisch, wenn die Außentemperatur einstellig werden, das gilt es zu bedenken. Nette und gut strukturierte Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Vom Empfang bis zur Abreise alles perfekt. Wir können die Location auch für grössere Gruppen sehr Empfehlen. Im Innenhof können sich die Kinder austoben und die Grossen sitzen am offenen Feuer. Wie kommen sicher wieder.

Nett Unterkunft. Heizung leider etwas "lau".

Ich kann die Unterkunft für eine grössere Gruppe empfehlen. Ausserhalb der Sommerzeit sollte man sich auf jeden Fall einen Pullover mitbringen.

Tolle Unterkunft für gemeinsame Familienzeit

Wir haben ein wunderschönes Wochenende in Rosenthal verbracht und waren begeistert von der gemütlichen Unterkunft. Wir waren mit 14 Personen dort und hatten genügend Platz, sowie die Möglichkeit alle gemeinsam in der großen Küche zu essen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Das einchecken ist ganz unkompliziert. Netter Empfang, Zimmer und Badezimmer sind zwar veraltet aber in Ordnung. Für einen Kurzaufenthalt perfekt. Sehr schöne Außenanlagen. Viel Platz.

Super Ort für Gruppen

Für uns drei Familien mit Kindern, von 1-6 Jahren, sehr gute Unterkunft. Toll gelegen in der Mitte Deutschlands. Sehr schöne alte Gebäude, einfach aber mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Der Hinweis von dem Vermieter was die Kälte betrifft ist sehr hilfreich. Also Hausschuhe und Strickjacke sind zu empfehlen. Am besten hat uns der Hof gefallen. Durch Tore verschließbar, daher keine Fluchtmöglichkeiten für die Kids. Die konnten toll herum laufe/fahren/Ball spielen ohne dass man ständig daneben stehen musste. Es gibt ganz viele Grillmöglichkeiten auf dem Gelände, auch eine Riesen Wiese wo man toll was spielen kann. Der Vermieter stellt Bierzelt-Garnituren, wirklich viele, so kann man sein Essensplätzchen aufschlagen wo man möchte. Wir haben das Grillangebot angenommen und hatten so Grillrost, Kohle, Anzünder und die Reinigung inkuldiert. Tolle Location um sich mit vielen Leuten sich zu treffen, gemeinsames Frühstücken/Abendessen hat auch drinnen gut geklappt. (13 Leute insgesamt) . Gerne wieder!

Ein gemütliches Wochenende in herrlicher Umgebung

Wunderschönes altes Fachwerk-Ensemble in herrlicher, ruhiger Gegend, toller Innenhof und große Wiesen auf dem Gelände, viel Platz zum Sitzen, Grillen und Spielen. Freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber. Unterkünfte mit einfachem Standard, schon etwas betagt, aber blitzsauber und funktional (viele Zimmer mit eigenem Bad). Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden gerne wiederkommen.

Ruhige Hofanlage

Daumen hoch, waren mit der Familie da und es war echt toll. Es ist an Küchenutensilien alles da was man braucht. W-Lan ist auch vorhanden, funktioniert zur Hofseite gut. TV ist nicht vorhanden, haben wir aber auch nicht vermisst. Sehr schöner Hof, mit Grillmöglichkeiten und ausreichend Sitzmöglichkeiten. Gerne Wieder

Empfehlenswertes Quartier für heterogene Gruppen

Ein unbedingt empfehlenswerte Unterkunft auch für größere Gruppen, die sich aus Personen unterschiedlichen Alters zusammensetzen. Ein insgesamt sauberes wenngleich etwas in die Jahre gekommen wirkendes Quartier. Sie ermöglicht unkompliziertes Verweilen für alle Teilnehmer Sehr freundlicher und kooperativer Gastgeber. Abwechslungsreiche Umgebung, soziale und spielerische Aktivitäten sind unmittelbar am Haus möglich. Der Ort bietet einen Spielplatz und ein liebenswertes Freibad.

Tolles Wochenende mit Freunden

Wir waren mit 13 Erwachsenen in der Ferienwohnung Fuchs. Die Wohnung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber alles sauber und ordentlich, sogar frisches Obst und Blumen waren auf dem Tisch. Die Vermieter sind herzlich und total unkompliziert und schnell zu erreichen. Auch kann man zu Fuß einen gut sortierten Lebensmittelmarkt und einen Bäcker aufsuchen. Wir konnten im Garten grillen und am Lagerfeuer sitzen und haben ein tolles Wochenende in der Hofraithe verbracht. Danke für ein tolles Wochenende.

Gut ausgestattete Wohnung - perfekt für Gruppen oder Familien!

Wir (insgesamt 11 Erwachsene, 1 Kleinkind und ein Hund) hatten ein sehr schönes Wochenende in der Hofraithe. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet, besonders umsichtig waren schon Spülmaschinentabs, Geschirrtücher und eine erste Rolle Klopapier vorhanden - Dinge, die man gerade bei den ersten Ausflügen gerne vergisst. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war einfach und sehr freundlich. Wir bekamen sogar einen großen Berg Äpfel und frische Blumen als Willkommensgruß! Die Einrichtung ist zweckmäßig und rustikal, sehr charmant. Nackige (Kinder)füße müssen etwas aufpassen, wir haben uns 3 Splitter eingefangen. Auch sind die Wände etwas hellhörig, was bei der Zimmerbelegung bedacht werden sollte. Ansonsten überzeugt die Wohnung aber vor allem durch die Sanitäranlagen, denn jeder hat ein eigenes WC direkt am Schlafzimmer und die meisten Zimmer auch eine Dusche. Die Einzelbetten können nach Belieben sehr einfach verschoben werden, so dass wir sogar im Urlaub nicht auf unser Familienbett verzichten mussten. Empfehlenswert wäre hier eine zweite Decke oder eine Liebesbrücke von zuhause mitzubringen, da die Bettgestelle mit Holzrahmen sehr hart sind zwischen den Matratzen. Spielplätze und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, sowie Wanderrouten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Gegrillt werden kann im wunderschönen Innenhof - im Sommer sicherlich ein absolutes Highlight! Uns alles hat es sehr gut in der Hofraithe gefallen, wir können diese Unterkunft vor allem für Familien mit mehreren Kindern oder Freundesgruppen empfehlen.

Schöne Gruppenunterkunft

Die Hofraite in Rosenthal ist eine schöne Unterkunft für Gruppen. Die Wohnungen sind gut aufgeteilt, jedes Zimmer hat ein Bad . Die Zimmer sind zweckmässig eingerichtet, sauber und haben eine angenehme Größe. Die Gemeinschaftsküche ist perfekt ausgestattet, alles war ziemlich neu . Geschirr und Töpfe sind in ausreichender Anzahl und Größe vorhanden. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich die sehr netten Gastgeber. Sie sind sehr bemüht alles zur Zufriedenheit zu gestalten. Das historische Gebäude haben sie super in Schuss und das Ambiente wird bewahrt. Wir können die Hofraite Rosenthal nur weiterempfehlen. Vielen Dank für das schöne Wochenende.
