“First this place is convenient for being right downtown Sac. There is adequate parking. The bbq was not user friendly. The neighborhood is quiet at night. However, my sister did have to go spend about 150 on cleaning supplies as the floors and countertops (which are wrapped in a plastic wrap with a design) were dirty. The floor in one shower the paint was peeling back. There is no washer as stated..it is a coin op down the street which had no working washing machines and no soap to wash if……

“This home was perfect for our family reunion in Sacramento. It was close to downtown and family living in the area. Our kids loved the big back yard to play in. Daniel was very responsive to our requests. Would definitely stay here again.”

“Very charming guest house with all the comforts of living, the Chess Board table is so cool with real chess pieces and checkers. The house was comfortable, simple yet modern. The shampoo, body wash, conditioner, and hand soap smelled AMAZING. Definitely no need to bring your own. We brought our 2 little dogs who enjoyed the yard. The bed was very comfortable. It was a great stay, grocery store was right across the street. It was located 5 minutes from my conference. Excellent stay!”

“We wanted a no frills place to stay while in Sac for a conference and this was perfect. Easy walk from conference center and restaurants. Would stay again.This is not a fancy place, but is a very comfortable and affordable option.”

“Clean! Convenient! Worth the upcharge for private parking and dedicated spot. EV Charger available and lots of places to charge up. Nice big clean refrigerator. Very quiet. Nice linens and towels. Shower was spotless. Denver was a responsive and fantastic host. Reasonably priced.Would DEFINITELY stay here again.”

“The house was clean and it had everything! The pool was a hit for my children and there was a grill that we used while kids swam! The only uncomfortable thing was that there are cameras inside and it felt like we were being observed. Overall, it was a great house! ”

“We were in town for a convention. Sway was awesome and accommodated us even though we were a larger family. She communicated well and left the extra items we would need to be comfortable. The home was in a great location and check in was a breeze. She is an excellent host who has put a lot of thought into the convenience for her guests.”
