「From the exceptional customer service of every one we encountered, to the great hot breakfast (cold is also available if that’s your jam), to the laundry where you can pay with card or Apple Pay (a huge plus), and the impeccably clean room, this stay was first rate all the way! I felt safe the whole time. There is underground parking for when the weather is temperamental. And I honestly felt close to everything. Will definitely stay there again!」

「The room was clean and well appointed. The mini kitchen was great, but didn’t have a use for it with only a one night stay. Overall, this hotel was clean and seemed fairly new. The breakfast was great, for a hotel. The staff very friendly. I asked if leaving something in the car was safe to do. The front desk gal said they haven’t had an issue. Left stuff in the car and no broken windows in the morning.」

「First, make sure the windows are actually secure and not just sitting in the sill with broken frames. The window in our room provided virtually no sense of safety or security, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. Beyond that, the place desperately needs a deep cleaning--the smell was rancid and overwhelming from the moment we walked in. The carpets were filthy, worn out, and bare in multiple spots, adding to the feeling of neglect throughout the property. And if that doesn't concern...
