“Very good rate”

“The toilets is both cabins ran constantly. My wife could not sleep. The manager told her to turn off the water supply between use. There was no one available to fix the issue. The toilet in cabin 7 tipped when my daughter leaned forward. It was not secured to the floor. My wife and grandkids left the property. They were treated rudely by the manager. They were told they were to be charged for the full 4 days as they did not cancel with 48 hours notice. I called and got the manager to refund my……

“The size of the room was great! Room was clean but all windows at the hotel were very dirty. Our cable tv didn’t work our last night and when we called the front desk we were told there was no maintenance person working. Weird that you wouldn’t have a maintenance person working. No compensation was even mentioned for not being able to watch tv. We have been staying at LaQuinta hotels for years but they seem changed since bought out by Wyndham.”

“The room was very clean, which I was happy about, but our bathroom door had to be slammed to get it to stay shut so we kept waking each other. The 'coffee' in the room was just shy of dog water, not impressed. And it would be nice to have earlier pool hours for those who rise early. Aside from that, staff is very friendly and breakfast was decent.”
