Ideal for our stay

Excellent flat - in an ideal spot on 4th floor above noise level. 300 M from Old Market Square. (not in the Square so online photo a bit misleading) Garage roomy and a t street level, directly beneath the building. Worth learning how keys and everything works when you arrive and are welcomed. I'd be happy to stay there again in this lovely city.

Excellent Stay

Our stay was, overall, excellent. The place was clean, spacious, and looked just like the photos. The kitchen was incredibly well-equipped with a wide variety of dishes and utensils, which made cooking very convenient. The only minor challenge was the narrow entrance to the parking garage, making the initial parking a bit tricky. However, having a dedicated parking spot on the first floor was a huge advantage compared to other accommodations in Rouen. Plus, the location was fantastic – it was just a short walk to the city center. For international guests like us, the trash disposal system was a bit complex. Despite this, we always had great communication with the host, so any questions or issues were quickly resolved. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Rouen in the future.

Appartement Spacieux proche centre-ville

Appartement très bien placé pour découvrir le centre-ville de Rouen. Les quais de Seine à proximité permettent également de bonnes balades aux bord de l’eau. La taille de l’appartement permet de séjourner à 8 sans problème.
