“We were at Rouen during red alert week, and we were grateful for the air conditioning. Because we booked our room with Expedia, they gave us the worst room possible, we share a wall with a service elevator and the central air unit was on our ceiling. Our AC worked but it was really loud 24/7.”

“The hotel is pretty good except reception staff. Of course it's a 5 star but some points I'd like to share with everyone. 1.Actually there is no Netflix as they write and reception staff doesn't know what is Netflix. 2. If you dress more formal,reception staff will welcome you more, otherwise they go through SOP and treat you coldly. ”
