“We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying again. Our trip started on a rough note when we arrived late in the evening to find the unit had not been cleaned—dirty beds, no clean towels, leftover food, dirty dishes, etc. Fortunately, our host was extremely responsive and had a cleaning crew on-site quickly. Not only was the location great but the communication was clear and timely. I was given check-in and checkout instructions early on, so I knew what to expect going into the Trip.
