「If this place is available, book it. Was perfect for my girlfriend and I and my 3 adult children 18-24. We stayed in master, the girls stayed in the loft with own bathroom, and my son slept on pull out bed. Was a bit stuffy when we first arrived, but was perfectly comfortable once we opened it up. So nice to hear the waves at night, we all slept great. Everything was exactly as pictured and Lanai was amazing, with great view of sunrises. Tommy Bahama beach chairs were greatly appreciated. ...

「While the property is a little older, it is well maintained. The location was great for us- close to two beaches, a convenience store, restaurants, and the amazing Nepali Brewery. The view of the ocean is amazing. We woke up each morning and watched waves, surfers, and fishermen. 」

「This was a great location and lovely condo with room for our family. They had provided some nice snacks and drinks which was wonderful and the extra niceties like the boogie boards, snorkel sets, cooler, umbrellas, etc were great adds. So wonderful. It was unbelievably hot, even with the swamp coolers and fans. There were swamp coolers in each bedroom so those rooms cooled off but the living room was uncomfortably hot. Luckily it was nice outdoors and this place had a small patio we could hang...

「Our stay at David's was wonderful. There was a leak in the AC when we first turned it on due to the drastic temperature change, but David immediately called and he and his daughter came by 30 minutes later to install a drip catcher panel. Shampoo/conditioner/soap all provided, as well as some dishware. Location was great, right across the street from Safeway and Wailua shave ice. Would stay here again!」

「This is our second stay at this amazing condo! We love ground floor location and close proximity to parking lot and very close to the pool! From the moment you walk through the front door your breath is taken away! Beautiful ocean view! We cooked in the condo more this time because you can’t beat the view from the lanai! You can hear the ocean and feel the breeze throughout the entire condo. It’s a short walk to the Coconut Marketplace and several great restaurants. Very highly recommend...

「Great location in Kapaa within walking distance of Coconut Market as well as several dining options. View was incredible with beach access within a few steps of the condo. Beach chairs, umbrella, and cooler were very useful for beach days. AC in bedrooms was nice to escape the heat, main living areas do get warm but manageable. Overall would recommend.」

「We had the BEST time. The accommodations were spot on and the management company was very attentive. We loved that this was a small condo complex so it felt very private and was quiet. The condo was also very conveniently located to see the entire island. We will definitely be back! 」
