“Heather and Khaled's place is amazing. Everything about it was perfect. And the box of chocolates was a very special treat! The condo was spotless, the amenities were great, the view from the lanai was wonderful. It was a very comfortable place to stay for our first trip to Kauai. We had so much fun exploring the island, and walking on the beach and the walking path. The market across the street and other shops and restaurants were so close, it was great to be able to walk a couple minutes……

“We enjoyed our stay and would definitely consider staying again. Our trip started on a rough note when we arrived late in the evening to find the unit had not been cleaned—dirty beds, no clean towels, leftover food, dirty dishes, etc. Fortunately, our host was extremely responsive and had a cleaning crew on-site quickly. Within about two hours, the unit was cleaned and ready for us. While we appreciated the fast response, some compensation for the inconvenience would have been appreciated, as it……

“This property was great for us. We really appreciated the beautiful sunrises every morning and being able to sit on the lanai or walk on the beautiful beach. The location in Kapa’a was so convenient to groceries, and stores and some really excellent restaurants. Being in Kapa’a also allowed us to take excursions from a central home base, which was very nice for planning our days. The pool was there to cool off or lay out. It would have been better if those were not there. The room's floor was not clean. I wish there was a mop in the room so that we could clean. Towel rack in our bathroom was broken.
