“Cranes is within walking distance to everything (Food, beach, entertainment etc). The staff are extremely helpful and the beach chairs provided were awesome. “Front desk staff was not friendly, I called to find out when the pool slide was going to reopened, since we got to the hotel on Sunday it was closed, and the lady that answered my call gave us the impression that we were bothering her with our question.
