「Nice hotel with friendly staff. Food amazing and reasonably priced. They allow dogs to stay which is a little annoying especially when guests leave the dogs to bark in room!」

「We had a lovely stay at the High Corner Inn. It is a lovely pub in a beautiful area of the New Forest. The food is great, we had dinner and breakfast in the pub. As it is right in the new forest, our stay was peaceful and there are plenty of walking routes. It was also nice to see the New Forest ponies wondering around the surrounding area of the Inn.」

「A lot of noise from people walking in and out, and kids screaming early in the morning. That’s not the hotel’s fault. But some sound isolation would be nice. The room was nice enough, nothing extra there. Bathroom door didn’t close properly. Bed was okay, but not the best. 」

「The hotel facilities, the dining, the staff were all absolutely fine. The room, however, was on 2 levels with even a step down on entry. Awkward. It was situated at the front of the building over some sort of service room with a generator or boiler that emitted a constant drone all through the night. Occasionally it would cut out only to re-start a short while later. As a result we had very little sleep. The noise could be heard outside the building as well; and of course it carries more at...

「Beautiful hotel with no expense spared on recent fit out with great furnishings. Very comfortable hotel with fantastic staff who's attention to detail is fantastic. I mentioned at lunch that I was Coeliac and laster when we checked in to our room gluten free biscuits were placed on the tea tray. A small detail but I have never experianced this before in an hotel. The food in the restaurant is also first class. Unfortunately we were unable to return on Sunday for lunch as it was fully booked!」

「Daisybank cottage is a must for anyone looking to stay in the New Forest. The room was perfect - spacious, spotless and huge fluffy towels in the bathroom. Lovely touches in the room and so thoughtful. Great breakfast and friendly welcome. Its perfect for various walks without the car to get to start points, and close to pubs and eateries nearby. I will be recommending to friends and family. Thank you for a wonderful stay. 」

「Can not fault any aspect of two nights spent in the Burley Inn, nothing was too much trouble from all the staff we came into. Lorraine and Steve were particularly helpful, friendly and very polite. One very small negative point there was not a USB charging point in the room but a this was overcome by the staff providing a plug with a USB attachment. Would stay in the Burley Inn again without any hestitation if and when I am in the Area. Mike Glendinning 」
