“Everything was great!!”

“The hot tub had some bees in it , not just a few. The water did not smell very clean so we only got in it the first night. Seems like it was probusjort on chlorine.”

“Due to where this house sits, you have to go up a pretty good incline with loose gravel/rock. You could make it with a 2-wheel drive vehicle from one side, but 4-wheel drive is recommended. Once you get up there, you won't want to leave though...both for the view and then inconvenience of coming back down the hill...so get everything you need first so you don't have to leave again! It was a good stay even with the high winds during our visit. We would definitely go back.”

“Over all this is a nice place to stay. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable with quality bedding. The extra amenities in the bathrooms were very much appreciated. But, we did have issues. I rented this property because of the hot tub. We didn’t get what we paid for. The hot tub was broken and I reported it on Friday when we arrived and was told someone would be there to look at it on Saturday. When I didn’t hear anything by noon on Saturday I reached out again to management and was……

“The cabin stay with Joel was just wonderful. It was everything it was supposed to be with lodging just a minute or two away on the main drag of Ruidoso. Boutiques, Mom and Pop restaurants and of course, Ski Apache is not too far away either. Cabin was clean and well appointed. Checking in and out was easy as it gets with clear instructions from Joel. Would stay again and recommend you considering the Cabins at Forest and Stream Haven when planning to visit Ruidoso. ”

“The house was very spacious. We had 3 adults and 3 kids 6 and under. Everyone enjoyed it and had room to play and relax. For it being an older house, it was clean and well maintained! We came in March and the weather was hot during the day and chilly in mornings! Very cool scenery around. With lots of wild horses, elk, and mule deer roaming the neighborhood every day! We went to Winter Park, White Sands(hour drive), ate great food and had fun shopping! Will def come visit and stay again!”
