I stay in hotels all the time and have for 30 years. This is the worse interaction I have ever had. They threatened to kick us out of the room and also shut our keys off with our belongings in the room. I had explained we would help them but we were in for a event that day and they called not less than 5 times during the day and……

“Good Holiday Inn”

“The rooms were clean, the breakfast fine, the staff great. But the elevator was a little scary. You push the button and it may not move or you arrive at the wrong floor. I am claustraphobic and this bothered me. It had been inspected in April.”
