“The room we got in at first was next to a kids Hockey team that was banging around and moving mattresses in and out of the room. The parents were no where to be seen. I went to the front desk and explained to them what was going on and they moved us up two floors to an even nicer room that had no extra noise. Everything was clean and the bed was really comfortable. I'd come back again since the staff found us a room with no noise and was clean and nice. Thank you!!!”

“The rooms were spacious as always and clean. These kinda hotel always get loud in the evenings with the way they are made but if you have been to embassy you know about it. We loved the free breakfast and of course the evening reception at the bar. The dinners at the restaurant in the evening are lacking with quality and having enough staff”

Desde a chegada, fui bem recebido por uma equipe cordial e prestativa, sempre disposta a ajudar com informações e atender às necessidades com agilidade. O processo de check-in foi rápido e eficiente. O quarto estava limpo, organizado e com boa estrutura. A cama era confortável, a roupa de cama de qualidade, e os itens básicos — como toalhas, sabonetes e papel higiênico — estavam devidamente disponíveis. A climatização……

“The stay was absolutely amazing. 5 stars, my wife and I enjoyed a comfortable clean room. Plenty of parking, near our destinations we needed to travel to. Late at night while smoking, felt safe. Breakfast is also included in the morning and access to ice and a gym. I would recommend this place ”
