「The breakfast hot items were empty at 8am. Staff had to be asked to refill, which was done in a friendly manner, but only minimally. Coffee was also empty in the breakfast room though there was coffee in the lobby. 」

「This was an amazing place. If you get there early enough in the evening there are several great food choices in the market. The property was an old train station, so it has lots of character and charm. I would stay there again!」

「We had 3 rooms 1. Floors had not been cleaned in bathroom - contact on floor, main area - clumps of mud on floor 2. Alcohol bottles under the bed 3. Asked for room to be cleaned since we were there 4 nights- did not happen, the comforter was a mattress protector - didn’t get a comforter until last night and was not put on bed just given to us, the thermostat did not work and maintenance was not available on Monday」

「Room was clean on check in but was not cleaned during the stay- didnt have very much interaction with any staff other than check in and out- he was friendly. Pool was nice(water could have been warmer) the room was nice enough , not the most comfortable bed or couch but overall fine」

「The beds were comfortable and everything seemed clean. Our room had an underlying urine smell. I would say the breakfast was just ok.」

「The property wasnt very clean, they are doing renovations at the property,regardless if it is open for business then it should be clean. I had to go to the front desk to get linens for the bed as it was not made. There was no cover on the bathroom exhaust fan & paint on ths bathroom fixtures. The were no towels or a bath mat for the jetted tub. The staff was polite but not very knowledgeable on the property. Maybe once the renovation is completed it wull be different. 」

「Hot tub was too hot to sit in. Shoe prints on the ceiling in the room. The door to the bathroom was incredibly heavy and loud. No breakfast included. Phone didn’t work. Had to use my cellphone to call the front desk to complain about the people above us being super loud until 6am. They didn’t end up doing anything to fix the problem. At check in we didn’t receive any information on amenities, WiFi or anything. Took my credit card and handed me my keys. Extremely disappointed in my stay.」

「The bed was quite comfortable and there were enough extra pillows! The room was clean and the pool was in good repair and clean. Lots of parking and within walking distance to a restaurant. Everything worked as it should. There is a fairly good selection of breakfast items however the quality was unremarkable. We ended up eating a couple of small things and then went out for breakfast a short time after.」

「The pool was so bad, the whole hotel smelled so bad of chlorine that they had the windows open. My son’s eyes were blood shot from the second we walked through the door. Not too add we arrived later at night(which they knew) and our room was not prepared appropriately. The window was left open so when we entered the room it was about 50/55 degrees. You know when you get off of a long road trip and the first thing you ca think is where is the nearest bathroom? Well me too, but just our luck I was...
