“We needed a place to stay for a family wedding in Tyler. 8 adults and one toddler. We wanted a home so we could spend more time together between events, and because it was more economical than a hotel. This was perfect for that. Beautiful rooms and we had everything we needed from dishes to laundry detergent to towels to TV. The host was easy to communicate with. The home is in a neighborhood surrounded by other homes with a small empty lot next door. There is a limited view of the lake……

“Amazing communication with owner. House was clean and ready for us to use. We did have an issue with the AC, but the owner was on it VERY quickly and had it fixed for us. Definitely enjoyed our stay! Bonus was the mamma duck and babies. ”

“The Olde House was a great place to have our small intimate wedding. And had enough indoor space for people to move around and the backyard and garage area for entertaining was super nice. The only thing that I would have to say was in June, it’s awfully warm and we did notice the house had a hard time staying cool toward the afternoon and evening. We did bring in some fans and it made the situation much better. I would definitely recommend this place for an event. I think it would be a great……

“From check in to check out everything was seamless and easy. We had everything we needed for our trip from a well stocked kitchen to towels for the pool, even a dollhouse with dolls! The home is lovely with plenty of room for our large family. Next time we come to Rowlett, we will book again. The owners were responsive and quick to return messages.”
