「TV did not work and no one come to fix after I called even they said they would」

「We stayed in a suite with a kitchen, and it was very nice. 6 of us were able to sleep comfortably. The breakfast had a lot of great choices; in addition to the standard waffles, bagels/pastries/toast, they also had hot dishes with salsas and other toppings, delicious fresh cantaloupe and berries, high quality other fruit, oatmeal and toppings, chia pudding and overnight oats, and high quality juices and coffee. The exercise room was the best I have been to in a hotel. Three very nice treadmills...
