Was good especially in winter month where the snow covers the tree top. Dinner is good. Breakfast is just nice. Not too heavy. Nice place. Well maintained. Not overcrowded. Service is good. The bus shuttle service provided is a big plus. Thank you.

A good living experience

The hotel is clean and spacious. The room is a Japanese style one. It is comfortable and clean. The spring is clean and comfortable too. Dinner’s food and environment is good but the breakfast is suitable for vegetarians (nearly no meat) and is not tasty. There is a free children game area in the lobby. Parking is free and when you check out, every exult need to pay for 600yens for the spring free which I don’t know before. But it is also ok for the price.We will recommend this hotel to our friends.

立ち寄り湯にお邪魔したのことがあり、宿泊してみたいと思い、お伺いしました。 お風呂も広くのんびりでき、スタッフの方々もとても親切にご対応頂きました。 楽しみにしていた朝食ビュッフェも美味しかったです。 とてもイイ時間を過ごすことが出来ました。 ひとつだけ思うところは… お夕食のお肉を頂く際のご飯は、白米が良かったです。（縮緬山椒の混ぜご飯ももちろん美味しかったです。） 白米も選ばせて頂けたら…と思いました。 またお伺い致します。 ありがとうございました。

501号室だったかと思います。広いお部屋でゆっくりと過ごすことができ、また、お料理も美味しく、何よりぬる湯の温泉がとても良かったです。それらの点はとても良い思い出で、他の方にもお勧めしたいです。 しかし、寝室のエアコンが臭すぎました。最初の「お部屋説明」の時から、寝室に足を踏み入れた途端、エアコンの臭い匂いが充満しており、当然、案内をしてくれた係員の方も気づいているはずだと思うのですが、問題意識がないのか、スルーでした。 夜、臭くて、一息吸うたびに嫌な気持ちになりましたが、寝ないわけにいかないので仕方なく眠りにつこうと努力しました。エアコンを消してもみたのですが、それだとやはり熱くて寝られず、臭さを我慢して夜を過ごすことになりました。 お部屋の担当者や、清掃係の方など、気づいている人は複数いるのではないかと思いますが、それを「自分ごと」として捉えることができていないために、上に報告が上がることもなく、そのまま放置されているのでしょう。社員教育の在り方や情報共有の仕組みに問題があるのかもしれません。今後改善されれば素晴らしいと思います。

다 좋았지만, 특별히 여행 중 식사에 대해 중요하게 생각하시는 여행객에게 추천을 드립니다. 2층 스미래에서의 만찬은 여행 중 먹어본 식사 중 최고였습니다. 그리고 특산물을 포함 기념품샵이 너무 잘되어 있어서 다른 곳에서 선물을 살 필요가 없었습니다. 쉼, 식사, 쇼핑이 가능한 곳입니다. 이번 여행에서는 일부 가족만 갔었지만, 다음에는 다같이 가서 다시한번 여행하고 싶은 곳입니다. 훌륭한 서비스를 해주신 호텔리어분들께 감사드립니다.

せっかくの名宿なのに。

リピーターですがこれまで宿泊した中で総合的に良くなかったと思います。食事の時にスタッフの方たちのお喋りの声が大きくて私たちの注文が通りませんでした、刺身もせっかくきれいに盛られているのに反対を向いて出てきたり…。もう少し接客に対して気を遣っていただきたいです。

お部屋の洗面所への引き戸とトイレの引き戸がキーキー酷い音がして、寝ている子供が起きてしまうかと思う程でした。 砂風呂への案内表示が少なすぎて一度足湯に向かってしまった。 お風呂の脱衣所が古くてロッカーが開かなくて困った。 朝食が時間ギリギリになり、大丈夫か尋ねたところ女性スタッフは笑顔で大丈夫ですよ〜と答えてくださったのに、リーダー的な男性が不機嫌そうに10時までに終えてもらえないとランチの準備がありますので、と。言い方次第で受け取る感じが変わると思いますが、とても冷たく迷惑そうで（実際に迷惑なのは分かっています）残念でした。 他はお料理が大変美しく目にも美味しく大満足で、他のスタッフさんの笑顔の対応やお部屋のお布団の清潔さ、お湯の良さなど満足しております。また機会が有れば行きたいと思います。ただ扉が静かなお部屋を希望しますが、、、笑

不錯的溫泉酒店

這個溫泉酒店位於一個幽靜嘅地方, 環境優美,溫泉佈局很好.優良服務是這間酒店其中一個賣點.在酒店某些區域假如潔淨度能提高一點便更好了. 因附近沒有餐廳, 只能夠在酒店享用餐飲服務, 但無論他們的意大利餐廳或日本菜館都沒有足夠服務人員, 以至用餐時間相對較長. 意大利餐廳食物質素過得去, 日本菜食物水準比較高. 整體而言, 這個溫泉酒店是可以推薦的.

ゆっくりできました。

チェックイン時に指定したサイズと違ったお部屋着が届いていたのですがサイズ交換は快く応じてくださいました。家族四人での宿泊でしたが洗面台に準備あった歯ブラシセットはふたつでした。とはいえ大浴場で自由に歯ブラシいただけました。繁忙期で夕食時間が早い時間は選べませんでしたがかえって夕食前にお風呂にゆっくり浸かれました。和食でしたがお料理の量、盛り付け、お味も含めとってもよかったです。小学生の息子にキッズプレート、中学生の息子にお子様懐石にしていただきました。どちらも我が子には量多めでしたが充分満足できるものでした。お湯もぬるめと聞いていましたが内風呂はさほどぬるさは気にならなかったです。子連れにはぬるめくらいでちょうどいいと思いました。翌朝もチェックアウトぎりぎりまでゆっくりさせてもらいました。お世話になりました。

방이 매우 넓고 깨끗하고 이뻐요. 사가역서 픽업도 해주고. 주변에 아무것도 없는데 대신 식당에서 드시면 돼요. (단품도 있음)
