"Amazing, regardless of price one of the best places I've stayed in Japan. 15 mins walk from Saga station in a quiet residential area and only 10 mins walk to multiple restaurants, Saga castle, balloon museum, library etc Hotel is the wrong word for this place,it is a stand alone home, perfect for a couple but extra space and futons for kids or another couple in comfort. "The room was very bad, there was no staff and the condition of the “hotel” was atrocious. At night there was random screaming from all around, like it was mad max. The heating was terrible and the room was cold all night. Couldn’t sleep much at all and decided right there to switch to a real hotel. Idk who took the photos but they did a great job tricking customers into thinking that this was a decent place. Absolutely awful, basically a silent hill experience. "

"内装がとてもおしゃれで、Wi-Fiや冷暖房、サイズ展開のある寝巻き、各種アメニティが揃っています。また、ヘアアイロンも二種類、ドライヤーもRefaが置いています。他の方が書いているように、チェックインが少しややこしく、無人なので分かりづらい点もあります。また、ホテルで風呂に入る場合ですと、女性でも少し狭いです。部屋によるかもしれませんが、温度調節をしても適温にならず、熱いお湯、冷たい水と交互に出る場合があります。近くの銭湯を利用するなどした方がくつろげる方もいるかもしれません。全体的には、近くに飲食店もコンビニもあり、価格帯を考えるとお手頃以上なゆっくりとくつろげる素敵なホテルでした。"
