"The check-in is fast and the staff are professional. Well communication in English. However, although it supposed to be a smoking room, the smell in one of the rooms was too strong. We requested a change but not successful. It was upset us."

"Hotel’s parking slot is too far away from the hotel. It is difficult to walk for 10 mins to the parking place when the weather is at around 2 to 4 degrees C. Otherwise, it is a prime location if the tourists are taking JR. "
