Bewertung für das FerienhausWir haben unseren Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Ferienhaus sehr genossen. Es bietet ausreichend Platz für eine große Familie und für alle Bedürfnisse wurde gesorgt. Die Betreuung vor Ort war ebenfalls sehr gut – immer hilfsbereit und aufmerksam.Alle Geräte im Haus funktionierten einwandfrei und das Haus war insgesamt sehr sauber. Die Küche im Haus war etwas kleiner, aber dank der Sommerküche im Außenbereich wurde das mehr als kompensiert.Der Außenbereich des Hauses ist besonders großzügig und schön gestaltet. Es gibt viel Platz zum Entspannen und Spielen. Die Sommerküche ist einfach wunderschön und perfekt, um gemeinsame Mahlzeiten im Freien zu genießen.Insgesamt ein tolles Ferienhaus, das wir gerne weiterempfehlen!

A la casa no le falta de nada. Amplia, fresquita.Lo peor que hay muuuuchos mosquitos.La playa que está muy cerca de la casa es de piedra. En coche a 10 min llegas a playas grandes de arena.

Una casa con todas las comodidades y muy grande. Nos gusto mucho la distribucion. Se puede comer fuera o dentro. La piscina nos encanto. Las vistas del atardecer desde la azotea de casa no os lo podeis perder. A 5km de la playa de Canet, una de las mejores de todo Valencia de arena perfecta para los niños. Hay un camping justo al lado muy chulo. La playa es de piedras, pero los paseos son preciosos. Hay una zona nudista para los mas atrevidos. Para correr pronto e incluso para la zona de Casablanca recomiendo la bici. El anfitrion muy atento en todo momento. Cerca hay un restaurante de arroces con muy buenas reseñas Cala Queralt, nuestra experiencia ha sido buenisima. Personal muy atento y paellas riquisimas. No se puede pedir mas en este viaje.

nous avons séjournée 8 jours 8 adultes et 7 enfants ,a part quelque blatte a notre arriver, la location était parfaite il y avait de la place pour tout le monde, le descriptif de l'annonce correspondait parfaitement et la cuisine extérieur génial. avons passer un bon moment en famille en plus avec le soleil.

Familia con hijos adultos

Todo muy bien. Muy buena ubicación cerca de la playa que puedes ir caminando. La casa es nueva ,muy amplia , bien decorada y con todo lo que puedas necesitar y sitio espacioso para aparcar dentro de la propiedad. La Telvision enorme de 75". Muy amable el propietario. Repetiremos otro año.

It was nice

The property was quite far from Valencia and it was really difficult to get taxis, that was too bad. The house was really nice and had great amenities. It was clean and comfortable. The communication was very good! The fence around the pool was a bit of a disappointment and the aircon took a while to get started.

La limpieza negativa

La villa está bastante bien, el mobiliario muy nuevo pero como algo negativo fue la limpieza... Había muchas cucarachas muertas, muchas arañas y la piscina no funcionaba bien la depuradora y no estaba muy limpia.. lo dijimos y vinieron a limpiarla pero a los dos días se puso mal otra vez . Positivo: comodidad e instalaciones Negativo: la limpieza Tuvimos q limpiarla porq debajo de los colchones había arañas.

Excelente localização para quem quer sossego

Casa com dois frigoríficos e uma arca, própria para um grupo de 12 pessoas como o nosso. Anfitrião procurou minorar alguns problemas que encontrámos, nomeadamente a falta de limpeza principalmente bo espaço exterior.

Casa grande y cerca de la playa

Es el tercer año que vamos y la casa es tal cual se describe y se ve en las fotos. Camas amplias y 2 cocinas que dan servicio a toda la familia. La comunicacion con el propietario es rapida y fluida. Se rompio un candado de una puerta y enseguida nos mando a un profesional para repararlo. La cercania a la playa y el aire acondicionado lo mejor. Sin duda repetiremos el año que viene!!

To start with we had an amazing family holiday. The facilities were above and beyond what we expected for our large group of family and catered to all ages. It was close to a fantastic quiet beach and beach bar where the staff were so accommodating and food lovely! The bbq room was just amazing and we had many family evenings in relaxing with local food. The pool was good and safe with lockable fence which helped with little ones safety. Although it took about 4 days into our holiday for the treatment to clear the pool from previous renters damage. Just a few things that impacted our time here that made it a little difficult was the downstairs toilet next to kitchen was overrun with flies- enough so we couldn’t use the shower in it even after spraying it continuously with bug repellent. The showers in all bathrooms flowed outside of the cubicle with each use no matter how careful we were. And just to mention that we had a very hard time ordering taxi to the villa, but with the help of the campsite next door- the reception staff helped us tremendously with this! We cannot thank the campsite enough for all their help. We recommend the local go karting, the castle in Sagunto (bring lots of water) and the port for an evening. All in all, it was a good holiday making lots of nice memories and would recommend but definitely with a car if you wish to travel even into Sagunto itself was too far to walk, and unreliable taxi firms.

Está bien

El sitio y ubicación son estupendos. La playa muy cerca hace que sea muy cómodo ir. La casa en general bien. Sólo mejoraría el equipamiento, sobre todo de cocina ya que a veces se hace escaso. También necesita una actualización en algunas cosas que estaban rotas o no funcionaban. Pero en general merece la pena :)
