“The hotel is lovely. But the surrounding area and the rest of the building is dirty and feels unsafe due to the men milling about and smoking at all hours. The area is filthy. But that's Cairo, so what can you do-it's not the hotel's fault. The hotel is top notch, and anywhere else would be 5-star. ”

“very bad service because I pay in hotel and they refuse to give me receipt, while Hotels.com told me Capital hotel have to give me the receipt, very strange and bad service!! also the room is very noise to sleep well!”

“We had an amazing experience right next to the pyramids and the sphinx. The patio dining provided a wondrous view with excellent service and delicious food. The rooms are clean and large with great ac. The front desk service, particularly from Ahmed, was helpful and courteous. ”

“ピラミッドが目の前に見えて期待通り。周辺の道路や環境はかなり汚いがそれはこの場所だから仕方ない。危険とかではない。ホテル入り口からすぐ近くにスーパーマーケットがあるのは良い。建物のエスカレーターが彼方ら小さいので閉所恐怖症の人は注意。”

“The view from the top os incredible. The pool is small and cute. The breakfast options for continental was repetitive but very tasty. Pool opens from 8am to 11pm. Breakfast was daily from 9am to 11am. It was about 30mins from downtown cairo and 10mins to the pyramids but in a mich cleaner and gated community. The staff were alll brilliant but special thanks goes to Mr Isam who was so amazing from our first day there until the last day. I would happily return to this hotel. ”
