"We stayed in the villa in april 2023,with 2 adults and 2 children. It was a very simple and easy check in, anything i needed to know i was instantly answered and the host himself was very helpful. "Spacious, friendly, clean.. but that's it! This is not a beach nor a sea view location. The roof pool in the picture is minimal at best but the roof set up is very comfortable! Street parking is on an unpaved slope, part of a public street. Otherwise, it is a midtown location with basic access to shopping, etc. We spent one transient night but ended up paying for an extra night due to early morning arrival. "

"The suites are spacious and clean and fantastic value for the price. The staff are fantastic and will help you with anything you need. A special thank you to the two Khaleds and Islam who helped us a lot. "Titanic palace is fantastic clean place to be treated well, politeness, happy friendly staff. The gardens are immaculate with everyone working so hard. I rate this 9/10. The rooms are clean, comfortable beds and maids accommodating for any needs of service. The reception staff can help you with any issues and recommend places to visit. I hope the Titanic palace opens very soon again when all the virus problems subside. I overall rate the palace. "

"In all the years that I have been travelling to Egypt, I have never met such kind, caring and friendly staff at all levels. The food was good with plenty of variety, the accommodation although somewhat dated in places was excellent in those that have been updated. The crowning glory is the wonderful flat sandy beach with good cover from lifeguards and beach attendants. There was no shortage of sunbeds, so no need to be up at dawn to reserve."

"This was probably one of the best if not the best holiday resort we have stayed in. Right from the booking and check in, the team were awesome. We were checked in by Mohamed, i wish i had taken his last name as i soon found out half of the team are Mohamed. He was just amazing. Thank you. We were taking to our room by the niciest man, Ali, the whistling man. Hilarious man too. Thank you Ali. We also had the nicest man in house keeping, Refaey. His towel arranging skills deserve recognition and a prize. Great man indeed. In Front of house, there was Mohamed, Ahmed and Hamdy. Amazing team that looked after us and kept our son entertained. The place is spotless clean with many pools, beach bars and restaurants to choose from. Very well run and mainted place. They really go above and beyond for guests. Thanks to the super awesome South African lady in the animation team who took time to check on us and Michele from guests relations. You guys rock. There were plenty of options for food and the menu changed so you didnt get bored. We were there for 10 days and loved it so much we will return. They have a clinic on site as well, which is super handy when you have kids. All in all an amazing experience and amazing resort. "
