"okay so the overall the room was really dated, the bed did not have a proper box spring, but it was wasn't a terrible sleep. The room had 2 beds and my partner told me the smaller bed was more comfortable. We realized the TV also didn't work, called the front office and asked for help, tried their troubleshooting steps and then crickets. The check-in process was quick and check out was even easier and the hold on my card was removed without issue. I would go back because the tub was actually clean, it's for sure dated but the tub is for sure been cleaned, jets as well. The vending machines are cheap and don't have name brand drinks but there are lots of things nearby so that's the added bonus. Also bring cash and change since the vending machines don't accept credit cards."

"Overall it was really great, just the pool area needed attention, maybe, I'm not an expert! There were a lot of families like us and my goodness there was so much of a strong chlorine fume in the air my 6y old started getting very sick from it drying out his throat and for 2 days both he and my toddler had chemical congunctivitis. We all had a bit of hypoxia and dehydration but hey it was worth it. It all was fine because I'm a nurse and honestly it was such a great stay just that little bit of extra care that I needed to do to was an inconvenience. I will say that there was a major setback the day before, when a baby had a diaper explosion, so if that was the reason i totally understand. Kitchen was excellent, breakfast at 0645 really busy haha thank you guys. Room was amazing. "

"The hotel was great, my son enjoyed the arcade and the tubbing as well as visiting the ice hotel. Unfortunately the restaurant selection is really not fantastic. The breakfast restaurant was serving molded waffles. The pizza and pasta restaurant was very basic, felt like it was frozen pizza and lasagna, we ordered parmesan fries and it was two fried squares that you can get at the grocery store. "
