「We were put in a capsule in the far end and it was a hot box in there that for the first night we had to book another hotel last minute. They said it was an air conditioning issue but they told the same thing to a couple who checked in the day before us but failed to fix it when they said they would. Not to mention that upon arrival, we had to find this out ourselves. The front desk lady did not bother to mention that there is an ongoing issue when she very well knew about it. It was very shady....

「L’hôtel est bien situé, les lieux sont généralement propres et l’endroit est beau. Les employés ont aussi été serviables lorsqu’on leur a demandé de l’aide. Cela dit, notre expérience globale n’a malheureusement pas été à la hauteur. La première chambre était extrêmement chaude, sans climatisation, et les fenêtres ne pouvaient pas s’ouvrir. J’ai appris par la suite que cette chambre aurait normalement dû être équipée de trois ventilateurs, alors qu’il n’y en avait qu’un seul. À cette...

「Room and toilet are clean. Not far from metro Sherbrooke. Front desk are nice. Ideal for backpackers, especially the breakfast is included. it's a good place to meet some new friends.」
