"Pools and beach are nice diamond club pool bar Ritchie Ashley amazing room’s average washrooms not maintained no paper towel towels, three days automatic sprayers spray you when you don’t even move when sitting down some bar closes before closing time no announcement buffet average specialty restaurants poor some food should not even be served manager agreed most food servers very poor no thank you for a tip bars. Run out of cups. Try washing your feet when you come off the beach at the showers more sand of the showers that on the beach lol problems with laundry towels one day they ran out entertainment OK but outdoors seats are all wet The bar where they greet you to empty bottles of tequila on the shelf, empty bottle of crown royal no water in the fridge at the greeting centre bars run out of bottled water also for what you pay to go to this resort I recommend you save your money and go elsewhere"

"The spa and beach were awesome. We were in a standard room which was ok, Mountain View. Could use an update. Almost all staff members were very friendly and courteous and tried very hard to be at our service round the clock. The water sports team was great and the evening shows were entertaining. This was our second trip here so we really liked the property which had the best beach in the Caribbean. The food was ok, plentiful but somewhat repetitive and could use some healthy options and updates . The other guests are very friendly and we would recommend this for families with kids or couples ."

"Truly on the beach. Deckchairs and fresh beach towels any time. Salt plage restaurant does excellent breakfast and dinner and drinks on the beach. Friendly staff. Rooms are functional, comfortable and clean. We had a kitchenette and living room which we worked well for us."

"Great place for the price. This spot is a nice alternative if you want to be away from the big all-inclusive resorts like Sandals. One thing to note: it’s located on the part of the beach where cruise ship passengers sometimes come for a few hours to rent chairs and umbrellas, so you’ll see some daytime traffic when ships are in port. The only real drawback is the small red pop-up tent bar next door. They play music through a quality JBL speaker, so you’ll definitely hear the bass lines. That said, the music is actually pretty good, so it’s manageable. And the grill next to it is worth a stop — the BBQ chicken was excellent. Inside the room, I wish the ceiling fans and lampshades had been dusted a bit better. Other than that, the property itself has a lovely exterior with beautiful mature plants and trees. There’s also a great covered outdoor eating area where you can bring back food from nearby and relax without even changing out of your swimwear. Salt Plage and Starfish (the two food and drink spots at Saboney Beach Club) are both excellent if you order smart — the chicken, pork, and shrimp dishes were all great. And the “Kiss on the Lips” frozen drink is an 11 out of 10."

"Fabulous chilled complex right on the beach - laid back and lovely setting - large studio unit was perfect for us and the large balcony with the garden and sea view was also really special. Great location for local walks to Runaway beach Calving Heli tours and to St Johns brilliant restaurants close too so all round quite magical really! Staff were superb too - helpful friendly and rally supportive to our needs."
