“The one lady who checked in was really nice but the other manager/owner? Was the rudest, most angry, unprofessional person I've ever seen in the hospitality industry. We honestly were made very uncomfortable and booked another hotel around the corner. While the villa is nice it's really a gilded mansion with very minimal if not gauche interior design, just an afterthought. Felt very soulless. ”

“We love Terres Basses, but had to book alternate accommodations. The bedroom did not have any window screens which prevented it from getting fresh air. We found ourselves stifled and sweating every night even with the airco on. Without a restful night of sleep, we had to find something else.”
